摘　　要：综述了伺服控制系统的工作原理、伺服阀应用和维护要点，当伺服阀出现液压故障时，使用检测仪对伺服阀进行故障诊断。This article summarizes the working principles of the servo control system, the application of servo valves and main points in maintenance. When hydraulic malfunctions occur on servo valves, a fault diagnosis is made with a detecting instrument.
