摘　　要：通过对性能预报方法的对比分析，结合莱钢生产实际选用合适的建模方法，应用SPSS软件对从现场采集的H型钢冶炼及轧制工艺数据进行回归分析，建立了力学性能预报模型并对其准确性进行了验证，结果显示能够满足现行生产的需要，同时该模型对新产品的开发和降低生产成本具有重要的作用。By comparing property forecasting methods, appropriate model-building methods were chosen according to the production conditions in Laigang. A regression analysis of the data of H-beam steel smelting and rolling progress gathered from the spot was carried out with SPSS software. A forecast model of mechanical properties was built up with its veracity tested. The results show that it can satisfy the requirements of present production and the model has an important effect on the development of new products and the reduction of production costs.
