摘  要:末敏弹常温单元热释电红外探测器不能实现冷目标探测,J-T制冷型长波多元红外探测器,存在着系统复杂成本较高的问题。为了探索弹载低成本冷目标红外探测的途径,研制了热电制冷中波红外探测器。该探测器将多元单列中波HgCdTe光电探测芯片、铂电阻测温元件安装于微型热电制冷器TEC的冷端面上,封装在同一管壳中。由该探测器与TEC温控电路、光学系统及放大电路等部件构成的末敏探测原理样机在仿真扫描平台上进行的测试表明,无论在响应时间上,还是探测率上其性能都远高于单元热释电探测器,样机能探测150 m远的冷目标,可替代J-T制冷型长波多元红外探测器应用在末敏弹上,而且结构简单、成本较低。To solve the problems that smart ammunition with single pyroeletric infrared sensor cannot correctly detect the normal target 150 m away and the smart ammunition system with J-T cooled long wave multi-element IR detectors is sophisticated and expensive, the TE-cooled medium wave multi-element IR detector which is of low cost is developed. It is formed of multi-element medium wave HgCdTe IR chip, Pt-100 thermistor and the TE-cooler which are sealed in a same housing. The TE-cooled medium wave IR Detector system prototype which is consists of miniature TEC temperature controllers, optic systems, IR amplifiers and the other parts is tested by the simulation scan device for SADDRM systerrL The result shows that 3-5 μm TE-cooled IP, detector is of better detectivity and faster response time for smart ammunition system than the pyroeletric infrared sensor, and the prototype can detect the normal target 150m away. It can be used in smart ammunition for its advantage of low cost and simple structure instead of J-T cooled long wave multi-element IR detectors.
