2007年上海市嘉定区嘉定镇街道社区卫生服务情况分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解社区居民健康状况及其有害健康的危险因素,为制订社区疾病预防控制策略与措施提供依据。[方法]对2007年上海市嘉定区嘉定镇街道社区居民疾病资料与社区卫生服务情况进行分析。[结果]2007年人口自然增长率为3.17‰,居民死亡率为5.28‰,4岁及以下儿童、围生儿和孕产妇均无死亡。居民死因为恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、损伤与中毒、消化系统疾病的分别占36.42%、34.33%、7.76%、5.37%、4.18%。传染病发病率,户籍人口为379.80/10万,流动人口为1 122.29/10万。街道社区卫生服务中心门诊接诊的15岁以上病人中,高血压占33.14%,糖尿病占13.07%,冠心病占14.75%。[结论]社区干预重点是以高血压、恶性肿瘤和心脑血管疾病。[Objective]To understand health condition and risk factors which were harmful to health among community residents, provide Basis for making disease prevention and control strategies and measures in community. [Methods]Illness data of community residents in Jiading town of Jiading district of Shanghai as well as the status of community health service were analyzed.[Rcsuits]The natural population growth rate was 3.17‰ ,death rate among the residents was 5.28‰ ,no death was reported in the children aged 4 or under,perinatal children and pregnant women and puerperants. Death caused by malignant tumor,diseases of circulatory system, respiratory disease, injury, poisoning and disease of digestive system accounted for 36. 42%,34.33% ,7.76% ,5.37%and 4. 18% respectively. The prevalence rate of infectious diseases was 379.80/100 000 and 1 122.29/100 000 among permanent residents and floating population. Of the people aged over 15 who were treated in Community Health Service Center, patients with high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease accounted for 33.14%, 13.07% and 14.75% respectively. [Conclusion] High blood pressure, malignant tumor and cardio-cerebrovascular disease were the main target for intervention.
