2006年大连市城乡部分居民几种慢性病患病情况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解大连市城乡居民慢性非传染性疾病（慢性病）患病情况，为制定慢性病防治对策提供依据。[方法]2006年5～8月，在大连市¨个区（市、县）整群随机抽取20岁以上常住居民进行调查。[结果]调查6304人．高血压患病率为26．74％，糖耐量受损罹患率为10．34％，糖尿病患病率为8．17％，冠心病患病率为6．23％，脑卒中患病率为1．36％。糖尿病、冠心病患病率男性分别为7．15％、4．99％，女性分别为9．14％、7．41％（P〈0．01）；脑卒中患病率男性为1.73％，女性为1．02％（P〈0．05）。糖尿病患病率、糖耐量受损罹患率，城区居民分别为9．15％、8．80％，农村居民分别为7．61％、11．22％（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。不同年龄、不同文化程度居民5种慢性病患病率的差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。r结论]大连市城乡居民慢性病患病率及其危险因素均处于较高水平。[Objective]To understand the prevalence of chronic non-infectious diseases in urban and rural residents in Dalian,to provide basis for prevention and control of chronic diseases. [Melhods]lnvestigation was conducted among the permanent residents aged over 20 ,selected with stratified cluster sampling method from 11 districts （counties） from May to August,2006 in Dalian. [Results]Of the 6 304 residents investigated,the prevalence rate of hypertension was 26.74 %, impaired glucose tolerance（IGT） was 10.34%. The incidence rate of diabetes mellitus,coronary heart disease and cerebral apoplexy was 8.17 %, 6.23 % and 1.36% respectively. The prevalence rate of diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease was 7. 15%,4.99% and 9.14%,7.41% in male and female respectively（ P〈0.01）. The prevalence rate of cerebral apoplexy was 1.73% and 1.02% in male and female （ P〈0.05）. The prevalence rate of diabetes mellitus and IGT was 9.15%,8.80% in urban residents and 7.61%,11.22% （ P 〈0.01 or P〈0.05） in rural residents. There was a difference of the incidence of the 5 chronic diseases in the residents with different age and different educational level （ P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]The prevalence rate and risk factors of chronic diseases in urban and rural residents was higher in Dalian.
