济南市槐荫区部分中小学生监护人伤害知信行调查  

Investigation on Knowledge,Attitude and Practice Related to Injury among Primary and Middle School Students' Guardians in Huaiyin District in Ji'nan City

摘　　要：[目的]了解槐荫区中小学学生监护人伤害知信行情况,为制定预防措施提供依据。[方法]采用整群随机抽样的方法,对槐荫区2所初中、3所小学3 714名学生监护人进行问卷调查。[结果]学生监护人伤害定义知晓率不高;学生监护人安全知识知晓率普遍较高;有82.6%学生监护人与学生讨论伤害事件;24.8%的学生监护人参加过安全知识和技能培训;学生监护人向学生嘱咐居家安全问题、道路安全、学校安全、公共场所安全、体育活动安全的比例分别为95.8%、98.3%、92.2%、94.7%、85.8%;学生监护人体罚孩子占30.7%;学生监护人获得安全知识的渠道通过电视获得的比率最高(90.6%)。[结论]学生监护人是预防中小学学生伤害发生的关键人群,应加强学生监护人的伤害知识和技能培训,减少学生伤害发生。[Objective]To understand the knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP） related to injury among primary and middle school students＇ guardians in Huaiyin district,to provide basis for making prevention and control measures. [Methods]Questionnaire was conducted among 3 714 students＂ guardians selected from 3 primary and 2 middle schools with cluster random sampling method. [Results]The awareness rate of injury was not high among th6 students＇ guardians, while the safety knowledge was higher among them. 82.6 % of the guardians have ever discussed injury problems with the students. and 24.80/oo of them attended the training course on safety knowledge and skills. Family safety,traffic,school,public places and sports safety reminded by guardians accounted for 95.8% ,98.3% ,92.2% ,94.7% and 85.8% respectively. Physical punishment to students accounted for 30.7%. Safety knowledge obtained from TV accounted for 90.6%. [Conclusion] Students＇ guardians were the key population to prevent injury occurred in primary and middle school students. Training on safety knowledge and skills for students＇ guardians must be strengthened in order to reduce the occurrence of injury among the target population.
