摘 要:对100株杂种马褂木半同胞子代进行扦插生根试验研究,结果表明:杂种马褂木无性系生根率差异显著,变异系数达到了26.6%;无性系扦插生根性状的重复力为0.34,表明生根性状受近中等遗传控制;初选21个生根率较高的无性系,最终结合生根率和生长量指标,选择出11号、10号和17号3个生根率高、生长快的无性系,生根率高但生长量稍差的12号和20号无性系,可作为育种材料加以利用。The test results of the root-forming ability for the cuttings of 100 half-sib progeny of Liriodendron hybrid showed that:Liriodendron hybrid clones have significantly different rooting rates and the coefficient of genetic variation reached 26.6%.The repeatability of rooting traits in clones was 0.34,which showed that the root traits are under genetic control nearly at the moderate level.From the selected 21 clones,which had higher rooting rates,combining with the index in rooting rate and growth amount,three clones with high rooting rate and fast-growing ability were obtained,which were labeled 11,10 and 17.The clone 12 and clone 20,which has a high rooting rate but lower growth amount can be used as breeding materials.
