摘　　要：建设项目经济评价是评价建设投资项目对国家和社会经济发展目标及社会福利所作出的实际贡献,是联系宏观投资政策规划和投资项目决策的纽带。在项目分析评价方法体系的选择上,经济分析是其重要的组成部分。通过全面地分析建设项目的经济影响,将项目的各种影响效果纳入到项目投资决策需要考虑的众多因素之中去,以避免因财务分析的片面性可能导致的项目投资决策失误。Construction project economy appraisement is to appraise the actual contribution that construction investment project impact on economy development and society welfare. It is the taehe of investment policy plan and project decision. Economy analysis is important component of project analysis and appraisement method system. This paper imports every effect to investment decision factors according the analysis of construction project economy effect to avoid investment decision fault caused by the onesidedness of economy analysis.
