摘 要:选用分离剂YH、YC、YE和YS(由武汉工程大学化工与制药学院石油炼制实验室自制)对含油污泥进行处理,回收油泥中的原油并进行了复配实验.考察了搅拌速度、剂泥比、搅拌时间、温度等工艺条件对回收率的影响.实验结果表明:单独使用四种分离剂时,YH处理油泥后回收率最高,其次为YE,再次为YC,YS的回收率最低,YH、YC和YE复配的分离效果优于单剂.最佳的复配比例为:YH的质量分数为1%,YC的质量分数为1.5%,YE的质量分数为5%,其余为水.最佳的工艺条件为:搅拌速度为1 000 r/min,剂泥比3∶1,搅拌时间40 min,温度为40℃.在最佳条件下,回收率可达86.9%.Oily sludge was treated by YH,YC,YE and YS as separation agents to recovery oil in this paper. The remixing experiment and the effect of agitation speed, agents/sludge ratio, agitation time, temperature, etc. on the recovery rate of treated sludge was studied. The experimental results indicated that the effects of sludge treating are that YH is the best,YC is better than YE, and YS is the worst, the effect of remixing is better than any other agents. The optimal efficiency of oily sludge treating is achieved when YH is 1 %, YC is 1.5 % and YE is 5 %. The best technological conditions are that agitate intensity is 1 000 r/min, agents/sludge ratio is 3 : 1, agitate time is 40 minutes and temperature is 40℃, the recovery rate of treated sludge is 86.9% in best conditions.
