摘　　要：目的:探讨RP-HPLC法测定牛黄上清胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱;流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2)为流动相,检测波长为280nm;流速为1.0 ml/min。结果:黄芩苷线性范围19.935～99.674μg/mL。平均回收率为98.79%,RSD=1.21%。结论:方法简便、快速、结果准确、重现性好,可用于牛黄上清胶囊中黄芩苷的含量测定。Objective：To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Niuhuang Shangqing Capsules.Methods：18 alkyl silane bonded silica gel column was used.The mobile phase was methanol - water - phosphoric acid （47：53：0.2）,the detection wavelength was 280nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results：The linear range of baicalin was 19.935-99.674ug/mL.The average recovery was 98.79%, RSD=1.21.Conclusion ：The method is convenient,fast, reproducible and accurate,which can be used for the content determination of buicalin in Niuhuang Shangqing Capsules.
