摘  要:为解决转子结构中存在谐波含量高的问题,在分析无刷双馈电机工作原理的基础上,采用绕线转子的转子结构,对这种新转子结构电机的定转子绕组设计原理和接线方式进行研究.这种新的转子绕组可以根据"齿谐波"原理或者"变极"原理来设计,接线方式灵活,绕组系数高,谐波含量低.样机的试验数据说明:这种绕线转子无刷双馈电机有良好的性能.The brushless doubly-fed machine (BDFM) mainly has two types of rotor structures, special cage and reluctance rotor. To solve the problem that the spatial harmonic content of rotor structures is high, wound-rotor structure is taken based on analyzing the operation principle of BDFM in detail, and the design principle and the connection of stator and rotor winding for the machine with new rotor structure is studied in this paper. The new rotor winding can be designed with the principle of the tooth harmonic or the changing pole, and it has high winding factor and low spatial harmonic content. Finally, the experimental results of prototype machine show that wound-rotor BDFM has good performance.
