摘　　要：以构建基于LAN的混合总线ATS为目的,研究时钟同步、设备组网、接口适应性与通用检测、软件设计等关键技术,并提出一种基于LAN的混合总线ATS设计方案,该系统具有集中控制、分散测量、通用性强等特点。In order to construct a mixed-bus automatic test system（ATS） based on LAN,the key technologies such as clock synchronization,network connection of devices,interface adjustability,general detection and software design are researched.An approach of the mixed-bus ATS based on LAN is proposed.And the system has the characteristics of integrated control,dispersion measurement and high general performance.
