摘 要:对铝、石墨电极-低压脉冲电解含油废水影响因素:时间、电压、频率、占空比、电解质进行了对比试验。结果表明:石墨电极和铝电极电解效果与支持电解质Na2SO4用量有较为明显的关系,当Na2SO4用量小于0.7%时,石墨电极的油去除率高于铝电极;大于0.7%时,铝电极的油去除率高于石墨电极。在支持电解质Na2SO4用量较高的条件下,石墨电极油去除率受电压、占空比、频率因素影响较大,随频率增加而增加,随电压、占空比增加油去除率先增加而后下降;当电压大于6 V,频率高于500 Hz,占空比大于30%时,改变参数对铝电极的油去除率影响不显著。The comparative test of influence factors on electrolysis time, electrolysis-voltage, pulse fre- quency, duty cycle and electrolyte mass of treatment effects of oily waster water was performed. The results showed that the graphite electrode has better oil removing rate than Al electrode for the oil wastewater when the percentage of Na2SO4 was less than 0.7%. The A1 electrode has higher removal rate than graphite electrode when the percentage of Na2SO4 exceeded 0.7%. In high percentage of Na2 SO4, electrolysis-voltage, pulse frequency and duty cycle had obvious effect on oil removing rate by the graphite electrode, the oil removing rate was growing with pulse frequency increasing and showed a trend from ascent to descent with the electrolysis-voltage and the duty cycle increasing; the alternating parameters have no markable effect on the oil removing rate by Al electrode when electrolysis-voltage , pulse frequency and duty cycle exceeded 6 V, 500 Hz and 30% separately.
