摘　　要：根据炼油厂PSA装置2D20-140/6.37-BX压缩机频繁发生故障的原因分析,对该压缩机气缸和活塞杆等进行了相应的改造,并采用无油润滑技术,降低了压缩机气缸和活塞杆等零件的磨损,减少了压缩机拆装检修的工作量,减轻了工人的劳动强度。According to causes of failure analysis of PSA unit 2D20-140/6.37-BX refinery com- pressor frequent, a reformation was made for the compressor cylinder and the piston rod etc. cor- responding transformation and using non-oil lubrication, the wear and tear of the compressor cyl- inder and the piston rod and other parts were reduced, maintenance workload of the compressor disassembly was reduced as well, thereby reducing the labor intensity.
