摘　　要：对制氢转化炉用低温空气预热器在运行中出现内漏的原因进行了检查、分析,认为内漏是在装置开、停过程中,在介质露点温度下,烟气和空气冷凝液中的Cl-导致部分烟气出口端隔板与端板角焊缝发生了应力腐蚀开裂所致。据此提出了维修措施、结构改进及操作建议。A test and inspection was made for the inner leakage in heater in hydrogen unit reformer and the analysis was made as well. a low temperature plate air After inspection, the leakage was found at flue gas outlet end and header fillet weld crack casused by stress corrosion of C1- ex- isting in flue gas and atmosphere condensate at media dew point temperature during staring-up and stopping. The repair measures, structure develpoment and operation propsal are proposed.
