摘　　要：犊牛代乳料中蛋白成分是犊牛饲养成本和培育效果的决定因素,单一依赖乳蛋白为蛋白源的状况已面临着资源有限和成本过高的困境。本文就代乳料中用植物性蛋白源替代乳蛋白源在犊牛培育中的应用效果作一综述。The protein in calves milk replacer is the decisive factor to the cost of calves breeding and feed effect. The main protein source to be dependent on milk protein has faced the predicament of resource restriction and high cost.The article described the application result of Plant protein replacing milk protein in calves breeding.
