摘　　要：调查了东北三省21家大中小型雪场管理者。分析认为,东北地区滑雪产业在投融资体制方面应从较单一的国有投资模式向多元化的投融资渠道转变;在经营管理体制方面急需向现代市场经济管理体制方向转变;在市场营销策略方面应注重品牌的创建;应加强雪场开发和综合利用的全面系统规划。Research in the three northeast provinces at present management for the three northeast provinces, 21 major and medium small service manager.
