摘  要:对云南某复杂多金属硫化矿进行了工艺矿物学研究和浮选流程工艺研究,为选矿厂建设提供了合理的流程和工艺条件。通过试验确定合理的工艺流程和药剂条件,实现无氰浮选,在不采用K2Cr2O7的情况下,成功地进行了铜、铅分离。获得的试验指标:铜精矿含铜27.65%、铅2.61%、锌6.15%、铜回收率68.47%,铅精矿含铅51.45%、铜0.51%、锌3.99%、铅回收率92.10%,锌精矿含锌46.94%、铜0.19%、铅0.47%、锌回收率85.76%。Mineralogy process and flotation process flow of complicated multi-metal sulfide ore is studied in Yunnan province, which can provide reasonable process flow and conditions tor concentrating mill' s building. Through testing, reasonable process flow and pharmaceutical conditions are determined, and achieve the cyanide-free flotation. Without using K2Cr2O7, the copper and lead in the ore are separated successfully. Experimental index is as follow: Cu is 27.65%, Pb is 2.61% and Zn is 6.15% in copper concentrate, the copper recovery is 68.47%; and corresponds to it, Pb is 51A.5%, Cu is 051% and Zn is 3.99% in lead concentrate, lead recovery is 92.10%; so on, Zn is 46.94%, Cu is 0.19% and Pb is 0.47% in zinc concentrate, zinc recovery is 85.76%.
