非磁性矿磁性衬板的研制和应用

摘　　要：HM型大型磨机磁性衬板在国内包钢、鞍钢大型铁矿选矿厂都得到了成功运用,磁性衬板用于磁铁矿磨矿使用寿命长、提高磨机作业率、节球、节电。但针对非磁性矿物的应用有一定难度,为此对磁性衬板的结构和磁系进行优化,设计出针对非磁性矿的专用磁性衬板,在不含磁性矿物成分的某铜矿选矿厂推广应用,取得了良好的应用效果。After the application of HM magnetic mill liners for large grinding mills in Baotou Steel＇ s concentrator and Anshan Steel＇ s concentrator is achieved. We can get the conclusion： HM magnetic liners have longer service life, higher grinding operation rate, lower consumption of grinding media, lower power consumption of grinding. But it is difficult for non-magnetic mineral. So we did optimization design for its structure parameter and magnetic systems. The new magnetic mill liners is achieved in a copper mine of non-magnetic mineral. We can find a conclusion： the application of HM magnetic liners is achieved in non-magnetic mineral
