摘  要:研制了观测顶煤移动和放出规律的专用顶煤运移跟踪仪,用于观测现场顶煤放出率。在室内进行了顶煤放出规律的模拟试验,通过在顶煤不同层位放标志点的方法,详细研究了不同层位顶煤放出率和颗粒移动轨迹,得出靠近支架的下位顶煤受移架步距等影响采出率偏低,靠近顶板的上位顶煤由于窜矸影响,采出率明显低于其他部分。结合标志点在放出过程中的坐标变化,运用回归分析,得出了不同层位顶煤颗粒运移轨迹的曲线方程,表明顶煤颗粒在放出过程中分3个阶段:先沿二次曲线轨迹向后下方移动,然后垂直下降,最后顶煤颗粒会以二次或三次曲线的轨迹向前下方流出放煤口。The special top-coal tracking system used for surveying the top-coal movement and running in the coal face was developed.The simulation experiment on the rule of top-coal running was done in laboratory.The recovery ratio and movement trace of the top-coal in the different layers were researched in detail by means of marking grains in the top-coal.The experiment result shows that the recovery ratio of the lower layer top-coal which is closed to the support is smaller due to drawing support,and the ratio of higher layer top-coal near the roof is smaller than the others because of gangue fleeing.The movement trace curvilinear equations of the different layers of the top-coal were obtained by means of the regression analysis according to the coordinate change of the top-coal grain.The top-coal grain movement may be divided into three stages:firstly,it moves back-down along the quadratic curve trace;secondly,it drops vertically;at last it moves to the running coal door along the quadratic or cubic curve trace.
