摘  要:室内用成核剂、成膜剂、成层剂和定位剂配制密度为0.85 g/cm3的绒囊钻井液,研究其对煤层的封堵及保护效果。用内蒙古煤研磨成不同目数煤粉,分别模拟大、中、小漏失通道做煤屑充填封堵实验,回压0.5 MPa,KCl清水钻井液加压0.5 MPa全部漏失,绒囊钻井液加压5 MPa无漏失。利用内蒙古煤钻取煤柱塞做煤柱塞封堵实验,KCl清水钻井液随压力增加漏失速率增大,绒囊钻井液加压6.00 MPa无漏失。KCl清水钻井液污染后煤柱塞渗透率恢复值小于66%;绒囊钻井液污染煤柱塞,切片1.0 cm后渗透率恢复值大于96%。绒囊钻井液能够封堵煤层,有效减小对煤层的伤害。0.85 g/cm^3 drilling fluids of Fuzzy-Ball based was prepared by building-core agent,building-membrane agent,building-layer agent and location agent in laboratory.Inner Mongolia coal was grinded into coal dust with different mesh for simulating large,medium and slight porous media.Static filling plugging testing was done by the coal dust,the backpressure was 0.5 MPa.When driving pressure was 0.5 MPa,KCl solution was leakoff entirely.However,Fuzzy-Ball based drilling fluids seal successfully when driving pressure was 5 MPa.Core plungers were drilled from the same coal,it is shown by dynamic and static rock core plugging testing that the leakoff rate of KCl water based solution become larger while the driving pressure increasing.The same test was done by Fuzzy-Ball based drilling fluids,the coal cores were sealed even when driving pressure was up to 6.00 MPa.The return permeability of core after contaminated by KCl solution are less than 66%.Meanwhile,after sliced by 1.0 cm,the return permeabilities of core contaminated by Fuzzy-Ball based drilling fluids are large than 96%.Through laboratory tests,it is proved that Fuzzy-Ball based drilling fluid can seal coal formation and reduce formation damage greatly.
