摘 要:采用热重分析方法,对油页岩干馏残渣、烟煤及其混合物燃烧特性进行试验研究,考察不同比例混合燃料对着火、燃烬等特性的影响;通过混合燃烧试验TG/DTG曲线与计算各组分加权平均TG/DTG曲线的对比,分析燃烧过程中油页岩干馏残渣与烟煤相互影响的机理;比较混合燃料在不同升温速率条件下的着火、燃烬等特征参数的变化。结果表明:混合燃料中烟煤比例增大,着火温度略有降低,燃烧DTG曲线峰值增大,燃烬温度降低,燃烧特性趋好;混合燃烧相互影响主要发生在燃烧低温段450~645℃之间,且燃烧试验DTG曲线峰值大于计算曲线峰值,燃烧稳定性增强;不同升温速率条件下,混合燃料随着升温速率的提高,燃烧着火延迟,反应向高温区移动,DTG曲线峰值增大,综合燃烧特性趋好。Thermo-gravimetric analysis(TGA) was employed to investigate the combustion characteristics of oil shale semi-coke,bituminous coal and their blends.The effect of blends ratio,interaction mechanism and heating rate on the combustion process was studied.Discrepancies between the experimental and calculated TG/DTG profiles were considered as a measurement of the extent of interactions occurring on co-combustion.The results indicate that with the increasing of the ratio of coal,the ignition temperature decreases slightly,the peak of DTG curve shifts to higher temperatures,the burnout temperature decreases,and the combustion characteristic is improved.The interaction of the combustion of the mixed fuel occurs mainly in low-temperature zone(450-645 ℃).The maximum combustion rates of the experiment are higher than those of the calculated.It means that the combustion stability is enhanced.As the increase of the heating rate,the ignition temperature and the temperature corresponding to the maximum combustion rate are increased,the combustibility is improved.
