摘  要:在生产实践过程中,经常会遇到"两端具有严格对称滑槽"的轴类零件。如何能够稳定地保证该类零件的加工精度,一直是生产中存在的技术难题。本文介绍了一种通过实践总结出的高效加工该类零件的工艺新方法。该方法突破常规的工艺思路,设计了专用的工装夹具,解决了该类型零件装夹难、加工难、加工效率低、成品率低等问题。由于操作相对简单、成本低廉,使得该工艺方法对加工生产具有实际指导意义,单件小批量生产过程与大批量生产过程均可借鉴。In the courses of production, we often meet the process of the axial style parts with exact symmetrical sliding grooves at both ends. It's a technology challenge in how to guarantee the machine accuracy of the axial style parts. This paper introduced a new technical method to process the parts high-effectively. This method break through the routine thought, and designs a specified frock clamp. It can settle for the problem such as the difficulty in installing the clamp and machining, the low process efficiency, the less finished product etc. For it simple operation and low price, this technology has an important practical significance for the production process, and it can also useful for small -scale and large-scale production.
