摘  要:以羰基铁粉为软磁性颗粒,以履带车辆专用减振液为母液,以硬脂酸、高岭土和Fe2O3为添加剂,通过正交试验法制备出多种磁流变液(MRF)的样品。并对MRF的沉降稳定性、零场粘度、剪切屈服强度、温度影响和MRF减振器的示功特性进行了研究。结果表明,当硬脂酸为2%,高岭土为1%和Fe2O3为2%时所制备的MRF的剪切屈服强度为77.6kPa(电流为1A,120r/min),并且沉降稳定性好,零场粘度低;在MRF减振器的示功特性试验中,当施加的电流从0到0.75A时,MRF减振器的峰值复原阻尼力增加了2.7倍,峰值压缩阻尼力增加了2.4倍。In this paper, several magnetorheological fluid samples were prepared by orthogonal test method, with the carbonyl iron as soft magnetic particle, shock absorbing oil used in tracked vehicle as mother liquid, and the stearic acid, kaolin clay and Fe2O3 as additives. And then the characteristics of MRF such as settling stability, off-state viscosity, shear yield stress, influence of temperature and dynamometer features were investigated. The results show that, when 2 % stearic acid, 1% kaolin clay and 2% Fe2O3 were added in MRF, the shear yield stress is 77.6 kPa(under the current of 1A, 120 turns/min), and the settling stability is good, off-state viscosity is low. In the dynamometer features experiment, when the current is from 0 to 0.75A, the peak rebound force increases 2.7-fold, the peak compress force increases 2.4-fold.
