摘  要:硬齿面双联齿轮小端齿部的加工一直没有经济有效的工艺方法。由于结构特殊,小端齿部不能采用传统的磨齿工艺,特别是受热处理变形的影响,其精度一直得不到保证,严重影响齿轮的工作寿命。本文通过设计新构形的硬齿面插齿刀,开发了国产刀具,降低了插齿刀的研制成本,同时采用硬齿面插齿加工方法,提高了双联齿轮小端的精度,使硬齿面插齿工艺有了一个较大的突破,填补了国内的空白。The small-end tooth processing of hardened double-tooth gear has not achieved cost--effective process approach. Because of its special structure, the small-end tooth can not be treated with traditional grinding process, in particular, can not be subject to heat treatment deformation, its accuracy has not been ensured and has seriously affected working life. This project develops domestic knives and reduces development costs through the design of the new hardened gear Slot- ting cutter, while using hardened gear tooth processing methods to improve small-end accuracy of Double-tooth gear, so hardened gear shaper processing is a large breakthrough in technology to fill the domestic blank in this field.
