宁波市弱势群体法律援助的实践与思考

摘　　要：宁波市的法律援助经过十多年的发展,已呈现良好发展态势,但是,与法律援助水平较高的国内其他发达城市相比,在制度建设、经费保障、队伍建设、援助范围等方面存在一定差距。文章在分析了宁波市弱势群体法律援助的现状的基础上,提出制定宁波法律援助地方立法、拓宽法律援助经费的筹资渠道、规范法律援助机构设置、扩大法律援助的服务范围等对策。Over the past 10 years, the legal aids in Ningbo have been well developed. However, compared with other developed cities of China, Ningbo still lags behind in such aspects as system construction, financial guarantee, team cultivation and scope of aids. With an analysis of the current situation in Ningbo, this article suggests that the legislation level shall be raised, the threshold shall be lowered, the organization design shall be improved, the service scope shall be enlarged, the work besides litigation aids shall be started.
