摘  要:球形封头是压力容器中常用的封头形式,其壁厚与筒体壁厚相差较大,GB150-1998中将筒体与球形封头的对接环形焊缝定义为A类焊接接头。本文从壁厚计算公式角度出发,讨论了工程中常用的球形封头与筒体的连接结构及其合理性,得出球形封头与筒体连接应遵循的基本原则。Spherically dished is one of the most popular heads form in pressure vessel, the thickness of cylinder is much bigger than spherically dished, so the butt circle welds between cylinder and spherically dished is defined as category A in criteria GB150 - 1998. From the aspects of thickness calculating formula, the connection structure and feasibility between cylinder and spherically dished were discussed in this paper. It also describes basic principles for the connection between cylinder and spherically dished.
