摘　　要：辽宁省具有得天独厚地理位置与港口资源优势,发展现代物流潜力巨大。为避免物流业快速发展对环境的污染,文中提出必须抓紧建立和完善辽宁省绿色物流体系,并采取积极的应对措施。从绿色供应链物流体系和企业绿色物流体系两方面研究辽宁省绿色物流体系。提出整合物流资源,发展第三方物流,推进供应链管理企业全程绿色物流管理等对策促进辽宁省绿色物流发展。Liaoning province has unique resources superiority of geographical position and harbor that can promote the development of modern logistics. For avoiding the development of logistics polluting environmental, the article put forwards setting up environmental logistics system in Liaoning province, and takes positive counter solutions. The article researches on environmental supply chain logistics system and enterprise environmental logistics system, and comes up with some solutions such as integrating logistic resource, developing the third-part logistics, promoting supply chain management to forming environmental logistics management all the way in order to promoting the development of environmental logistics.
