摘　　要：司法审查制度是WTO法律框架下的重要机制。本文通过研究WTO《反倾销协议》对司法审查制度的规定,以我国现行行政诉讼法、反倾销条例及反倾销案件司法解释关于司法审查的规定为基础,对我国反倾销司法审查制度提出立法方面的建议,以期完善我国反倾销司法审查制度。The judicial censorship is the important mechanism under WTO legal frame. Based on the legal provision of judicial censorship of our country, this text proposes the suggestion of the legislation on the judicial censorship of anti-dumping through studying WTO ＂anti-dumping agreement＂ to the regulation of the judicial censorship. The purpose is to improve the judicial censorship of anti-dumping of our country.
