摘　　要：外文期刊是一种极其重要的文献信息资源。本文分析了高校图书馆外文期刊文献资源的现状及导致外文期刊利用率低下的各种原因,并提出了相应的对策。The foreign language periodical is one kind of extremely important literature information resource. This article has analyzed the university library foreign language periodical literature resources present situation and causes the foreign language periodical use factor low each kind of reason, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure.
