摘　　要：针对研究型大学图书馆参考咨询工作存在的不足,从使用现代技术手段、满足院系师生的个性化需求以及深化服务内涵的角度提出了参考咨询创新服务的具体举措。For the deficiencies of the reference work in the academic university libraries,the article puts forward specific measures of innovative services from the use of modern technical means,meeting the personalized demand for teachers and students,as well as deepening the connotation of the reference work.
