摘　　要：《世说新语》作为汉末魏晋时期众多文献资料汇总的集大成之作,仅仅研究《文学》篇的前半部分从"郑玄在马融门下"起至桓玄"自叹才思转退"65条,就可以具体而微地发掘出这一时期经学衰落转型、玄学方兴未艾和佛学后来居上的学术嬗变轨迹。这样新颖而有限的观察视角,说明《世说新语》文本对于学术思想研究的真实价值还有待进一步开掘。Shi Shuo Xin Yu synthesizes the best of all documentation of the end of Han Dynasty and Wei and Jin Dynasties. In this arti- cle, by analysing the first 65 stories of Shi Shuo Xin Yu：Literature, that is from the story ＂Zheng xuan was Ma Rong＇ s student＂ to Huan xuan ＂admited with regret that the literary creativeness and imaginative power of himself were not as good as before＂, the author finds the academic course of this period - from the transition and decline of ＂study of Confucian classics＂ to the prosperity of Metaphysics and to the come - from - behind victory of Buddhist. This new and limited perspective shows that it still needs further efforts to find the real value of Shi Shuo Xin Yu in order to learn the academic thoughts.
