摘　　要：经济伦理是伦理道德在经济领域中的表现,它所贯穿的核心价值目标是如何实现经济的合理性与伦理的正当性的统一。科学发展观,第一要素是发展,核心是以人为本,基本要求是全面协调可持续,根本方法是统筹兼顾。经济伦理为贯彻和落实"以人为本"的科学发展观提供了道德基础;经济伦理为全面协调可持续发展提供道德支持;经济伦理推动统筹兼顾,实现社会公平正义。Economic ethics are ethics in the field of economy＇ s performance, its core values are how to achieve both economic rationality and ethical legitimacy. About the scientific development concept, the first element is the development,the core is people-oriented, the basic requirements are comprehensive ,coordinated and sustainable development. The fundamental approach is integrated. Economic ethics that carry out and implement the ＂people - oriented＂ concept of scientific development provides a moral foundation ; Economic ethics for the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development provides moral support;Economic ethics can promote integrated and achieve social fairness and justice.
