摘 要:冷战时期的英国工党与工会关系起始于二战后工党的上台执政,结束于1992年的英国大选。这一时期的二者关系多次起伏,呈现出主导权由工会转移到工党、关系起伏与工党的政坛沉浮存在相当程度的契合、基本定位由劳工运动盟友疏远为社会伙伴关系、工会由工党发展的推动力量演变为制约力量、保守党的工会政策和英国社会状况变化是关键性影响变量等特点。the Relation between The British Labor Party and the British Trade Unions during the Cold War period is from The British Labor Party being in power after World War II to the general election in 1992. The relation during the period rises and falls many times. The dominant power transferred to the British Labour Party from the British trade unions. The relational fluctuation have a considerable consistency with the British Labour Party' s political ups and downs. The basic orientation become estranged by the labor movement ally for the society partnership. The Conservative Party' s trade union policy and the change of the British society condition are two crucial influential variable.
