摘　　要：通过对大学精神是高校实现科学发展的永恒动力和年轻干部队伍建设的客观需要等问题的分析,结合社会主义核心价值体系建设需要,从成为真正具有自己学校大学精神的大学人、践行大学精神的骨干、传承大学精神的模范、干部队伍的表率等方面,提出了加强年轻干部队伍建设的思路和措施。Spirit is the eternal engineering for scientific development in university and is required for construction of youth cadre group and the system of socialist core values. To he an authentic scholar, executive cadreman, paragon of inheritance and superior example with own spirit in college, some thinking and measures are put forward for strengthening of construction of youth cadre contingroup.
