摘  要:采用回流和超声两种方法对蒙药材多叶棘豆中槲皮素进行提取,并用催化动力学光度法测定槲皮素的含量,检测波长517 nm,回归方程为:Y=0.1652+548.0392X(mg/L)r=0.99992,槲皮素浓度在0.00~0.05mg/L范围内与吸光度呈线性关系.回流法和超声法测得槲皮素含量分别为0.1372 mg/g和0.1994 mg/g,平均回收率分别为96.63%和100.42%,相对标准偏差分别为1.73%和6.39%.实验结果表明,超声提取法较回流提取法提取率高.Two methods, backward flow and ultrasonic wave were used in extracting Quercetin in Oxytropis Myriophylla. Spectrophotometric method was adopted to determine the contents of Quercetin, the wavelength is 517nm.The regression equation is Y=O. 1652 + 548.0392X (mg/L) r=-0.99992 ;With the extension of 0.00 - O.05mg/L, the thickness of Quercetin has a linear relationship with the absorbency. Backward flow and ultrasonic wave measured quercetin contents were O. 1372 mg/g and 0.1994 mg/g, the average recovery were 96.63% and 100.42%, the relative standard deviation were 1.73% and 6.39%.It is concluded that ultrasonic wave is better than backward flow in extracting.
