食管癌术后吻合口瘘的护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨食管癌术后吻合口瘘的护理体会.方法:通过对3例食管癌术后吻合口瘘患者的护理,结合文献对吻合口瘘的护理进行经验总结.结果:3例病人吻合口瘘发生时间在术后5～12天之间,均治愈出院,住院天数为56～82天,平均69天,效果满意.结论:早期发现,早期预防,积极有效的护理措施,有利于降低吻合口瘘患者的死亡率,促进患者的早日康复.Objective： To investigate the nursing care experience of anastomotie leakage following esophageal carcinoma surgery. Methods： Experience was sunmaarized through combined the nursing experience of 3 cases of anastomotic leakage following esophageal carcinoma surgery with the relevant literatures. Results： 3 patients＇ anastomotie leakage occurred in postoperative 5 - 12 days, all cases were cured and discharged from hospital, hospitalization days were 56 N 82 days and the average was 69 days, the curative effect was satisfactory. Conclusion： The professional nursing knowledge, early detection, early prevention, positive and effective nursing measures can reduce the mortality rate in patients of anastomotic leakage and promote patient＇s early recovery.
