摘　　要：目的研究补片在前盆底重建术中的应用价值。方法采用经闭孔无张力聚丙烯补片前盆底重建手术对60例阴道前壁脱垂患者进行治疗,采用PFDI-20量表对其生活质量进行评价。结果手术有效率为100%,术后尿失禁症状均显著改善,生活质量明显提高。术后随访1年未见复发病例。结论经闭孔无张力聚丙烯补片前盆底重建手术结合TOT术治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective To study the value of mesh in anterior pelvic floor reconstruction surgery. Methods Anterior pelvic floor reconstruction surgery using transobturator tension-free propene polymer mesh was performed in 60 patients with anterior vaginal prolapse and PFDI-20 was used to evaluate the life quality. Results Efficacy rate was 100%, and symptom of urinary incontinence and life quality were improved. There was no recurrence in 1 year. Conclusion Anterior pelvic floor reconstruction surgery using transobturator tension-free propene polymer mesh combined with transobturator inside-out tension-free vaginal tape surgery can effectively improve the symptom of urinary incontinence and life qulity.
