摘　　要：地处环北部湾经济圈中心位置的北部湾(广西)经济区,是指由广西沿海地区北海、钦州、防城港市及南宁市所辖的行政区域为主组成的经济区,是中国唯一与东盟海陆相连的区域。加快环北部湾区域的交流与合作,实现经济优势互补,统筹区域经济,对于促进北部湾地区崛起、拓展西南地区对外经济合作空间,具有十分重要的意义,而金融业的发展又将对环北部湾经济的发展起到巨大支持作用。The economic zone of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Rim located at the center of the economic circle of the Beibu Gulf Rim refers to the e- conomic zone which is composed of the coastal areas of Guangxi Beihai, Qinzhou, Fangchenggang, and the administrative region un- der the jurisdiction of Nanning City. It is the only region that linked with the ASEAN land and sea. It is of great importance for promoting the rise of Beibu Gulf region, expanding the foreig, ,economic cooperation in the southwest of China, and pushing forward the construction of China-ASEAN free trade area to speed up the regional exchange and cooperation in the Beibu Gulf Rim, to realize the mutual economic advantages, to plan the regional economy as a whole. And the development of financial industry will play a significant role in supporting the economic development in the Beibu Gulf Rim.
