摘　　要：我国地方政府间以地方保护、重复建设为特点的不规范竞争不仅影响了资源的有效配置,妨碍了我国统一大市场的形成,而且制约了地方经济的长远发展以及区域经济的进一步协调。因此,我们应从完善相应法律法规、转变政府职能、改革政府官员的考核标准等方面加以治理。The non-standard competitions among our local governments which characterized with local-protection and repeated constructions,not only infect the effective allocations of the resources,forbid the formation of our unity market,but also handicap the long-run developments of the local economy and the coordinate progress of the regional economy.In order to control that,we should accomplish the rule and laws,convert the local-governments＇ functions and change the criterions which check the local officials＇ behavior.
