摘　　要：社会保障法律关系关涉民生的社会保障法的调整对象,它由主体、客体和内容三要素组成,国家、用人单位和社会成员是社会保障法律关系的主体,社会保障利益是社会保障法律关系的客体。深入研究社会保障法律关系中主体的权利和义务,有助于推进我国正在进行的覆盖城乡居民的社会保障体系建设。The social security legal relationship is the concern relation livelihood of the people social protection law controlled member,it by the main body,the object and the content three essential factors is composed,the country,the Employer and the members of different social classes are the social security legal relationship main body,the social security benefit are the social security legal relationship objects.In the deep research social security legal relationship the main body right and the duty,are helpful in advance our country the cover city and countryside social security system construction which carries on.
