摘  要:目的建立肾石通颗粒中槲皮素与山柰素的含量测定方法。方法采用Agilent Extend-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(47∶53)为流动相,检测波长为360nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温为25℃。结果槲皮素与山柰素质量浓度分别在0.90~9.04μg/mL和1.96~19.62μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r分别为0.9992和0.9993),平均回收率分别为97.33%和95.69%,RSD分别为1.04%和0.87%(n=9)。结论该方法专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性好、操作简便,适用于肾石通颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of quercetin and. kaempferol in Shenshitong Granules. Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on the Agilent Extend-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid (47:53) as the mobile phase. The detective wavelength was at 360 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results Quercetin in the concentrations of 0. 90 -9. 04 μg/mL showed the good linearity( r =0. 999 2), the average recovery was rate was 97.33%, RSD = 1.04% ( n =9); kaempferol in the concentrations of 1.96- 19. 62 μg/mL showed good the linearity (r =0. 999 3), the average recovery rate was 95. 69%, RSD = 0. 87% (n =9). Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and reliable with good reproducibility, which can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
