2005—2007年我院口服降糖药应用情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解医院口服降糖药的应用情况和发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量分析方法,根据中国人民解放军总医院药库计算机药品管理程序中2005—2007年口服降糖药购入数量与金额记录,统计用药频度(DDDs)、购药数量、购药金额、购药金额序号与DDDs序号的比值。结果格列齐特(国产品,达美康)、二甲双胍(国产品,格华止)、阿卡波糖(卡博平,拜糖苹)连续3年稳居DDDs排序前3位;阿卡波糖(卡博平,拜糖苹)连续3年占全年购药总金额最高。2005年磺酰脲类药物购药金额构成比最高,2006年和2007年膳食葡萄糖调节剂购药金额构成比最高。各类口服降糖药中,磺酰脲类2005年购药金额排序第一,α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂在2006年和2007年排序第一。二甲双胍购药金额序号与DDDs序号比值最大,格列本脲(优降糖)、伏格列波糖(倍欣)购药金额序号与DDDs序号比值等于或接近1,阿卡波糖(拜糖苹)购药金额序号与DDDs序号比值小于1。结论该院口服降糖药应用情况基本合理。Objective To assess the drug utilization and progress tendency of oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital and to provide references for clinical rational administration. Methods According to the sales quantities and sales expenses of oral hypoglycemic agents recorded by computer administration program, DDDs, sales quantities, sales expenses and the ratio of sales expenses sequencing to that of DDDs in our hospital during the period of 2005--2007 were analyzed statistically with the method of DDDs analysis. Results The top 3 antidiabetic drugs according to DDDs were gliclazide （domestic product Diamicron）, dimethyldiguanide（domestic product Glucophage） and acarbose （Kaboping, glucobay） in 3 consecutive years. Sulfonylurea ranked the first in respect of constituent ratio of total sales expenses in 2005, the regulator of food glucose dietary glucose regulators ranked the first in 2006 and 2007. The ratio of sales expenses sequencing to that of DDDs of dimethyldiguanide was the highest. The ratio of sales expenses sequencing to that of DDDs of glibenclamide （Gilemal） and Vogli- bose（Basen） was equal to or near 1, whereas that of acarbose（Glucobay） was less than 1. Conclusion The utilization of oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital is rational basically.
