25例老年患者使用万古霉素的肾毒性评价

摘　　要：目的评价25例老年患者使用万古霉素的肾毒性。方法选取应用万古霉素的25例老年患者,对所做的病原学检查、血药浓度监测结果、肾功能指标、合理用药进行评价。结果所有患者使用万古霉素前后肾功能各项指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论在血药浓度监测的正常范围内,老年人应用万古霉素是安全的,但仍应根据内生肌酐清除率调整用药剂量并进行血药浓度监测。Objective To evaluate the nephrotoxicity of vancomycin in the treatment of 25 elderly patients. Methods 25 elderly patients taking vancomysin between Jan. 2007 and Jun. 2008 were evaluated. The pathogenic examination, monitoring of drug concentration in blood, indices of renal function, combined use of drugs were evaluated. Results The various indexes of renal function before and after vancomycin use had no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Using vancomycin in the normal range by blood concentration monitoring is safe to the elderly patients. It is advised to adjust the dosage according to the clearance rate of endogenous creatinine and conduct blood concentration monitoring.
