Therapeutic Effect of Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan Drographolide Succinate on Treating Children's Hand-Food-Mouth Disease in 38 Cases

摘　　要：目的观察炎琥宁治疗手-足-口病的临床效果。方法将75例患儿随机分为治疗组38例和对照组37例,在常规对症支持治疗的基础上,治疗组加用炎琥宁粉针剂静脉滴注,对照组加用利巴韦林。两组均加用维生素C静脉滴注,观察患儿症状、体征改善的时间。结果治疗组总有效率为97.37%,对照组为78.38%,两组总有效率差异显著(P<0.05)。结论炎琥宁可提高手-足-口病的治疗效果。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate in children＇s handfood-mouth disease. Methods A total of 75 cases of hand-food-mouth disease were divided into treatment group （n=38） and control group （n = 37）. The treatment group was treated with potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate and vitamin C by intra- venous drip, while the control group was used ribavirin and vitamin C. The improving time of symptoms and signs was observed in two groups respectively. Results The total effective rate was 97.37% in the treatment group and 78.38% in the control group with significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate can increase the therapeutic effect on treating hand - food - mouth disease.
