摘　　要：从水貂阿留申病毒(ADV)基因组特点出发,就阿留申病毒的分子生物学研究进展作以简单综述。Aleutian mink disease virus is a kind of self-replicating parvovirus.It mainly encroaches the immunocyte of mink,results in immune system disorders and simultaneous with autoimmune disease.Aleutian disease（AD） was known as one of the three viral infectious diseases in the world.Because of the special pathogenesis of ADV,there are not effective vaccines to prevent AD at present.Therefore,this paper mainly stated the progresses on the molecular biology of Aleutian mink disease virus.
