摘  要:可拓工程方法是解决现实矛盾的一种实用方法,新建火电机组并网安全性评价有助于火电机组的顺利并网,对并网后电网与火电机组的安全、优质、经济运行具有重要意义。本文应用物元分析方法对新建火电机组并网安全性进行评价,制定了一套科学的评价指标体系,并结合层次分析法确定指标权重,为新建火电机组并网安全性评价提供了一种新的方法,并运用案例说明这种方法具有良好的应用性,能得到合理的评价结果。Extension engineering method is a kind of practi- cal method to solve the realistic illogicality, incor- poration safety evaluation about newly constructed unit of power plants contributes to incorporation in power network, and it's significant for power plants unit safety, quality and economical working. In this paper, matter-element analysis is applied to evaluate incorporation safety evaluation about newly constructed unit of power plants, the system of evaluating indexes are established scientifically, together with analytical hierarchy process determining the weights of the indexes, providing a new way for incorporation safety evaluation about newly constructed unit of power plants, using an example to explain that this kind of method has good ap- plication, the analyzing result is reasonable.
