摘　　要：以电话语音卡为硬件基础，设计实现了的一种电话语音系统，并对电话语音卡的开发注意事项作了重点讨论。This paper introduced one type of telephone voice system which based on telephone voice board. and discussed emphatically some key points exploiting the telephone voice board.
