摘 要:为了提高直流-直流(DC-DC)转换器的瞬态响应特性和控制精度,设计了一种基于求和比较器的新型峰值电流模PWM(脉冲宽度调制)控制结构.该结构采用一个求和比较器同时实现了电压和电流的双环反馈及斜坡补偿,减少了瞬态响应时间;采用无损耗电流采样与交流(AC)耦合技术,提高了负载调整率;又采用自适应斜坡补偿技术,提高了电流环稳定性和线性调整率.通过Cadence仿真验证,结果表明:该结构具有瞬态响应速度快、控制精度高、稳定性高等优点.A novel peak current mode PWM(pulse width modulation) control structure based on sum-comparator was presented to improve the transient response and precision of DC-DC(direct current-direct current)converters.The output voltage and current couple feedback and slope compensation were achieved by using a single sum-comparator,so the time of the transient response was reduced.A technology of lossless current sensing and AC(alternating current) coupling was used to improve the load regulation;the self-adaptive slope compensation was used to improve the stability of current loop and the line regulation.Simulation results with Cadence show that this structure shows its many advantages,such as fast response,high precision and high stability.
