摘 要:在日光温室条件下,研究了干旱胁迫对黄瓜不同品种株高、光合等生长及生理特性的影响及其与抗旱指数(DRI)之间的关系。结果表明:干旱胁迫下,植株生长受到不同程度的抑制,不同黄瓜品种的抗旱性与抗旱指数差异明显。DRI大的品种生长特性指标胁迫指数(SI)大于DRI小的品种,各品种干旱胁迫后光合速率下降,叶绿素含量普遍上升,但DRI大的品种两指标SI大于DRI小的品种。叶面积、光合速率和叶绿素含量的SI与DRI间呈显著正相关关系,因此初步认为该3项指标可以作为鉴定黄瓜抗旱性的参考指标。The effect of drought stress on the growth and physiological characteristics of cucumber and the relations with drought resistance index(DRI)in greenhouse were studied.The results showed that drought stress had different inhibition effects on the growth.There were obvious differences in the drought resistance and DRI of different cucumber varieties.The stress indexes(SI)of growth characteristics of the varieties with larger DRI were larger than those with smaller DRI.The photosynthetic rate decreased and the chlorophyll content increased under drought stress.The SI of photosynthetic rate and spad of the varieties with larger DRI were larger than those with smaller DRI.The SI of leaf area,photosynthetic rate and spad had significant positive correlation with DRI,which could be used as reference indexes of drought resistance of cucumber.
